In the year 2000, a small town is attacked by a swarm of zombie-like monsters who infect the people with a virus that makes their brains boil out of their skulls. A group of survivors tries different strategies to kill them before they come into contact with other people. One survivor decides to wait until winter and freeze them over. This prompts others to plan for when winter comes in order for this strategy to work, but when summer arrives again, the zombies are still persisting in living organisms. This prompts another plan where everyone would stay out at night and scare away any stragglers who manage to get inside through holes in the walls or doors. The film was released on DVD by Sony Pictures Home Entertainment in 2004, with a limited edition of 4,000 copies. The low-budget quality of the film was criticized, though it was deemed acceptable for a late-night viewing.
